“I truly believe we are the oldest family business in the state,” Rawan said.
The average staff member has worked at Drew Mortgage between 15 and 20 years.
“We have very experienced people,” Rawan said.
The company is licensed in all New England states and the entire state of Florida.
Rawan said Drew Mortgage has a high customer retention rate.
“We do a lot of referral business from real estate agents, lawyers, CPAs and financial planners,” he said.
Drew Mortgage has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
Drew offers purchases and refinances, home equity loans, bridge loans, commercial loans, and repairs and turnarounds. The company also offers on-site underwriting and processing and one-purchase closing cost discounts for first- and second-home buyers.

Rawan also said that Drew closes purchase loans efficiently and always on time.
